Shipping Policy: Adistore 

Order Processing:

All orders placed on Adistore are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after midnight GMT will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Cancellation of the order:

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped the order.

 Shipping Methods:

 Adistore sources the products from overseas, including China, and the delivery of the products takes 6–10 days, depending on the chosen shipping method of the supplier. In case of high volume of orders, shipment may take a further few days. In that case, we would contact you via email.

Shipping Costs:

 Shipping costs are calculated at flat rate of 14.99 GBP for shippment to all countries of European Countires. Orders over and above 50.00 GBP would, however, attract free shipping to European Countries.

 Customers can view the shipping costs at the checkout before completing their purchase.

 Free Shipping: 

Adistore offers free standard shipping on orders within the UK.

Delivery Address:

 Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses.

 Adistore is not liable for any delays or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. 

Adistore normally delivers the products to the addresses in its primary market and the Europen Union countrties.

Tracking Your Order:

 Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking information on the respective courier's website.

 Delivery Issues:

 In the event of delivery issues or delays, customers are encouraged to contact Adistore's customer service for assistance through email support@adistore.co.uk

Adistore will work with the courier to resolve any delivery problems promptly.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

 Adistore is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the courier.

Shipping Policy Updates:

 Adistore reserves the right to update its shipping policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes through the website.
